Membership applications and member records use your name, email address, contact number, address, and emergency-contact details to manage your application, membership access, emergencies, and club communication.
Court bookings use a contact name, email address, and mobile number to manage the reservation and customer communication.
QR PH payment proof supports manual confirmation or rejection. Confirmed proof files are deleted 30 days after the final booked stay; rejected files are deleted 30 days after rejection.
Website measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Advertising analytics, remarketing pixels, and marketing cookies are not included.
The embedded map is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives information such as your IP address and browser details. Google's privacy policy applies to the map.
Your light or dark theme choice is stored in this browser. The website uses light mode until you choose otherwise.
One local browser-storage value may remember the dismissal of a published sitewide announcement. A revised or different announcement becomes visible again.
