Customer details
A booking asks for the booking contact's name, email address, and mobile number. Customers are responsible for reviewing the details and selected schedule before starting payment.
Availability and confirmation
Displayed availability is advisory until the service revalidates a complete selection. A booking with an amount due is confirmed after staff approves the submitted QR PH payment proof. An eligible zero-total voucher booking confirms automatically without payment or proof.
Member access
A valid private member access code may reveal the following booking week for covered playing dates. The Booking policy explains member verification and use of access codes.
